SAN FRANCISCO (CA) — Today Contra Costa District Attorney Diana Becton announced her endorsement for Suzy Loftus as District Attorney.

“I’m proud to endorse Suzy Loftus for District Attorney. She is the right leader for this moment”, said DA Becton. “Her track record of fighting for families, women, and our most vulnerable communities underpins our shared progressive values of fairness and justice for all. Together we can lead California to reimagine and reform the criminal justice system to work for everyone.”

An impressive roster of supporters at the state level are supporting, including Lt. Governor Eleni Kounalakis,  State Senator Scott Wiener, Assemblymember David Chiu and State Board of Equalization Member Malia Cohen.

Suzy has also earned the support of the majority of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors including President Norman Yee, Rafael Mandelman, Vallie Brown, Catherine Stefani, Shamann Walton and Ahsha Safai.
